How to taste wine without looking like an idiot!
First we swirl, next we smell, then we sip, swish, and spit!
When tasting remember that red wines will give you red fruit, black fruit and earthy aromas and flavors. They’ll also give you acid and TANNINS!
White wine will give you green fruits, stone fruits, tropical fruits, acid and NO TANNINS!
