6 eggs
9 tbsp rum
5½ oz chocolate (chopped)
1 vanilla bean (seeds)
4 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup red wine
1 tbsp water
salt
confectioner’s sugar to garnish
butter to grease
